It all began with a relationship that started in 1984, when Jeff and Tracy Wallace were high school sweethearts. Life eventually took them in different directions, but more than 30 years later, they found their way back to each other and began building a life together. That life would include Ameripride Services Group. 

After decades of working for others, they decided to build something of their own. A company that would bring honest, transparent, and professional service to the HVAC and plumbing industry. That vision became Ameripride Services Group, with the name honoring both of their fathers, who proudly served as military veterans. 

They established an office in Seminole County in 2018 and later expanded into Polk County in 2024, becoming part of the Auburndale and Central Florida community.

Broad-Based Experience

Jeff brings more than three decades of experience in maintenance, construction, facility operations, and leadership. His career began with 15 years at Disney, where he developed a strong foundation in facility operations and engineering before moving into senior maintenance and operations leadership roles with major hotel properties. 

Today, he is a licensed HVAC contractor, plumber, and general contractor in Florida, bringing that broad understanding of buildings and their systems to Ameripride Services Group.

Tracy brings more than 30 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, along with her work as a licensed real estate broker and property management professional. 

Together, their backgrounds combine technical and operational excellence with organization, communication, and attention to detail.
