Jeff Wallace
Jeff is a native Floridian, born and raised in Sanford, Florida. After high school, Jeff started out his career working at Disney. After 15 years, he retired from Disney and pursued furthering his maintenance and construction skills working for several large hotels in maintenance and as Director of Operations. Jeff has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, and holds HVAC, plumbing and general contractor licenses in Florida, as well as a private pilot’s license. Jeff also is vice-chair of the licensing board for Seminole county.
When Jeffs not working he loves all things outdoors. He enjoys traveling, flying and spending time with his family.
Tracy Wallace

Tracy was born and raised in Xenia, Ohio, a charming small town nestled between Columbus and Dayton. Following high school, she earned a degree in Paralegal Studies and worked tirelessly for the next 30+ years as a highly skilled litigation paralegal, contributing her expertise to numerous complex cases. Tracy is also a licensed real estate broker and proudly owns her own brokerage, Ameripride Realty & Property Management, where she excels in helping clients navigate property transactions with confidence and ease.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys photography, capturing life’s special moments through her lens; cross-stitching intricate and creative designs; reading a variety of genres; traveling to new and exciting destinations; and spending quality time with her family, which brings her immense joy and fulfillment.
From High School Sweethearts to Building Ameripride: Our Journey
​Our Story began in 1984 as high school sweethearts. Yes, that’s us, 80’s hair and all.
After high school, life took each of us on different paths. Some 30 years later, life brought us together again and we have been together ever since. We have two daughters which are our worlds, along with a dog and two cats. When we’re not working, we enjoy traveling, hiking and making memories.
​ After years of working for others, we decided that we wanted to be the unicorn of the ac and plumbing industry …. Provide honest, transparent and professional services to clients. With Jeff’s skills and Tracy’s legal background, Ameripride Services Group was born.
The name Ameripride was created in honor of both of our dad’s…. both being military veterans and proudly served our country.
​ In 2018, we opened an office in Seminole county. And in 2024, we opened a second office in Polk County, Florida and rebranded as Ameripride AC & Plumbing. We are excited to be a part of this wonderful community and look forward to servicing all of your home needs.
