Jeff Wallace
Jeff is a native Floridian, born and raised in Sanford, Florida, with a career spanning more than three decades in maintenance, construction, and operations leadership. He began his professional journey with Disney, where he spent 15 years developing a strong foundation in facility operations and engineering. He later advanced into senior roles across several large hotel properties, serving in maintenance leadership and as Director of Operations, where he oversaw complex building systems and large-scale teams. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a licensed HVAC contractor, plumber, and general contractor in the State of Florida. He also holds a private pilot’s license and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Seminole County Licensing Board.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, including traveling, flying, and spending quality time with his family.
Tracy Wallace

Tracy was born and raised in Xenia, Ohio, a charming community situated between Columbus and Dayton. After high school, she earned a degree in Paralegal Studies and built a distinguished 30+ year career as a litigation paralegal, where she played a key role in managing and supporting complex legal cases with precision and expertise. In addition to her legal background, Tracy is a licensed real estate broker and owner of Ameripride Realty & Property Management, where she is dedicated to guiding clients through real estate transactions with confidence, professionalism, and ease.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tracy enjoys a variety of creative and enriching activities, including photography, cross-stitching, and reading. She also loves traveling to new destinations and values spending quality time with her family, which remains a central source of joy and fulfillment in her life.
From High School Sweethearts to Building Ameripride: Our Journey
​Our Story began in 1984 as high school sweethearts. Yes, that’s us, 80’s hair and all.
After high school, life took each of us on different paths. Some 30 years later, life brought us together again and we have been together ever since. We have two daughters which are our worlds, along with a dog and two cats. When we’re not working, we enjoy traveling, hiking and making memories.
​ After years of working for others, we decided that we wanted to be the unicorn of the ac and plumbing industry …. Provide honest, transparent and professional services to clients. With Jeff’s skills and Tracy’s legal background, Ameripride Services Group was born.
The name Ameripride was created in honor of both of our dad’s…. both being military veterans and proudly served our country.
​ In 2018, we opened an office in Seminole county. And in 2024, we opened a second office in Polk County, Florida and rebranded as Ameripride AC & Plumbing. We are excited to be a part of this wonderful community and look forward to servicing all of your home needs.
